The ideal candidate will support daily IT operations, assist with system administration tasks, and help maintain a reliable technical environment for end users. Requirements 1 - 2 years of experience in an IT help desk or technical support role. Strong customer service mindset and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Basic hands-on experience with Windows Server environments (e.g. Active Directory, Group Policy) Familiarity with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Must be a U.S. citizen. Personnel Clearance Level: Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance or higher. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related field of study. Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive): Provide Tier 1–2 help desk support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Assist with basic Windows Server tasks including user account management, group policies, permissions, and routine maintenance. Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed. Support incident tracking and documentation through the ticketing system. Help maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment. Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, equipment, access). Communicate clearly and professionally with end users, technical staff, and management. Follow established IT procedures and contribute to improvements where appropriate. Salary Range : $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
