3PL Territory Senior Account Manager

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description   Key Activities   3PL Operational Support: Support day-to-day 3PL account operations in the Eastern Province to maintain an adequate balance between rider supply and delivery demand. Assist in onboarding and activating new 3PL partners to support regional fleet expansion and coverage goals. Monitor 3PL operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, highlighting gaps to senior team members. Assist 3PL partners in resolving routine operational issues, logistics obstacles, and account inquiries. Review 3PL billing accuracy, assist in invoice validation, and track payment releases in coordination with Finance. Partner Engagement & Retention: Participate in operational touchpoints with 3PL partners in the Eastern Province to build strong working relationships and improve vendor retention. Gather operational feedback from 3PL vendors to help identify areas for workflow and communication improvements. Support the communication of operational updates, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures to 3PL partners. Monitor daily 3PL compliance with HungerStation’s Code of Conduct and operational standards. Governance and Resilience Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.  Support the communication of operational updates, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures to 3PL partners. Qualifications Knowledge and Experience 2 - 4 years of experience in logistics, 3PL coordination, fleet management, or last-mile operations. Experience in tracking 3PL performance, SLA compliance, and fleet supply metrics. Basic exposure to invoice tracking, billing verification, and data reporting. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
