Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Software Mind is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data Engineering team of one of our clients. This is a hands-on role focused on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting analytics and reporting across the organization. Main Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in Snowflake, processing structured and unstructured data from multiple sources Build and optimize data models and processing workflows to support BI, analytics, and reporting needs Build and maintain datasets, dataflows, and dashboards in Domo Develop monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure pipeline performance and data quality Integrate data from external APIs and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce) Collaborate with Software Engineering, Architecture, Product, Analytics, and IT teams Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to engineering team members Mentor other data engineers and contribute to onboarding efforts Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, retrospectives, and planning Qualifications Requirements 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining ELT/ETL systems Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (must-have) Hands-on experience creating datasets, dataflows, and dashboards in Domo (must-have) Strong proficiency in SQL — advanced queries, data modeling, stored procedures, query optimization Proficiency in Python Experience with AWS cloud-native services (Kinesis, Lambda, S3, SQS, CDK) Experience building and maintaining data pipelines from diverse sources Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment Nice to Have Experience building integrations with SaaS APIs such as Salesforce Snowflake Data Engineering Certification or AWS Data Analytics Certification Experience with MongoDB or DynamoDB Additional Information We are accepting applications from LATAM countries #LI-DNI Company Description We are Software Mind, an awesome team of engineers who are ready to ramp up any top-notch company’s projects!
