More.com offers a pan-European ticketing marketplace with 12 years of experience, thousands of clients, and millions of tickets issued annually. In 2021, more.com started expanding its ticketing services in Europe and is currently present in 5 countries.
We are looking for a passionate Account Executive to join our Account Management team in Marousi (on-site working model), manage a portfolio of Event Organizers and act as a liaison between them and the in-house teams of More.com.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a tech/product environment, passion for live events, excellent communication skills and the drive to grow into a full Account Management role.
What you will do
Manage your own portfolio of Event Organizers, acting as their main point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.
Oversee your accounts’ events end-to-end, from online registration on our platform through to event completion and feedback, ensuring all event settings are correctly configured.
Monitor ongoing presales and marketing activations for your accounts, identifying opportunities to improve ticket sales.
Support the Account Management team on our Key Accounts and larger projects.
Handle client requests and customer support cases, such as event changes and cancellations.
Work closely with the Product, Tech, Marketing and Customer Care teams, sharing client feedback and ensuring all in-house processes run smoothly.
Prepare reports on ticket sales and campaign performance (MS Excel, Power BI) and share actionable insights with your clients.
Present our platform to new and existing clients and help ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Technology or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an Account Management, Customer Success or other client-facing role within a tech/product company (e.g. SaaS, marketplace or digital platform).
Solid understanding of how digital products work and the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
Tech skills such as MS Office (particularly MS Excel), Power BI and MS Dynamics or other CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Experience in the entertainment industry and/or ticketing platforms will be considered a plus.
