Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for all client needs and concerns Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain existing business and attract new customers Monitor account activity to ensure services align with client budgets and expectations Collaborate with internal teams to fulfil customer requests efficiently Resolve client complaints and proactively improve processes to prevent future issues Work closely with the product team to align product updates with client expectations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to support upselling and cross-selling   Requirements and skills: Language: Italian – Proficient (native or near-native level) English – Intermediate level) Industry Experience: Previous experience working with an Italian sports betting company (operating in the regulated Italian market) Familiarity with ADM procedures and compliance (Italian regulatory authority) Core Competencies: Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal teams and external partners   Location: Hybrid or St.Julian (Malta) Department: Account Management and Service Delivery Minimum Experience: Mid-level
