Account Manager

OUR MISSION AND VISION At Solidgate https://solidgate.com/, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders — the ones shaping the digital economy — with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world. We believe the future of payments is shaped by people who think big, take ownership, and bring curiosity and drive to everything they do. That’s exactly the kind of teammates we want on board. We're building the #1 payment orchestrator in the world — and the names behind us prove it. Clients include Bolt, Ajax, Nova Post, MEGOGO. Trusted by giants like J.P. Morgan. Ranked #2 in the "Employer of the Year 2026" award by Forbes Ukraine. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an Account Manager to be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from Solidgate’s payments solutions. This role blends account management with business consulting: you’ll advise clients, identify growth opportunities, and support their strategic objectives. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS You’ll help some of the world’s most promising internet companies navigate payments, optimize performance, and unlock growth. Your work directly impacts client success, Solidgate’s growth, and the evolution of payments in the Fintech sector. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Be the partner, not the vendor. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, becoming their go-to person in payments. - Drive growth. Unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping clients increase revenue while expanding Solidgate’s footprint. - Deliver value. Understand client needs and provide the right product solutions — from tailored demos to strategic recommendations. - Spot opportunities. Research markets, analyze industries, and surface new business growth paths for clients. - Collaborate across Solidgate. Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure clients get the best experience possible. - Keep the pulse. Track and report client performance metrics, providing insights that guide decisions both internally and externally. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years of commercial experience in account management, business development, or sales in B2B products. - Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+) — you’ll be talking to global decision-makers daily. - Proven sales mindset — able to identify expansion opportunities, drive upsells, and maximize account value. - Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. - Confident in Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling. WHY SOLIDGATE? - High-impact role: You’re not inheriting a perfect system — you’re building one. Your work will define how we scale. - Great product: We’ve built a fintech powerhouse that can be quickly scaled. Furthermore, Solidgate’s potential isn’t just an orchestration player — it’s the financial infrastructure for modern Internet businesses with a wide range of products and services, including subscriptions, chargeback management, indirect tax management, and more. And yes, we also hold our own financial licenses in our key regions of operations and have direct memberships with the Schemes. - Massive growth opportunity: Solidgate is scaling rapidly — this role will be a career-defining move. - You’ll work with top tech companies: Our clients are fast-growing SaaS, digital goods, and B2C businesses. You’ll be talking to decision-makers at some of the most successful internet companies in the world. - A-player team: Work alongside top fintech professionals with a proven track record and results. TOMORROW’S FINTECH NEEDS YOUR MINDSET. COME BUILD IT WITH US. 🫂 Know top talent? We’re always on the lookout.
