What if you could take the lead in scaling the digital acquisition engine of our client—a very fast-growing Telehealth platform modernizing wellness, weight loss, and longevity care?
We are seeking a strategic Ad Operations Manager to take ownership of advertising performance, maximize multi-channel marketing investments, and drive profitable growth. You will oversee performance across Meta and Google, evaluate high-impact growth opportunities in the booming metabolic health and wellness space, and make data-driven decisions that directly influence revenue and subscription retention. This is a chance to become a core decision-maker in a fast-paced digital health environment. If you know how to scale Telehealth and Direct-To-Consumer healthcare brands profitably, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
Partner & Channel Oversight: Manage and evaluate the performance of in-house professionals, external agencies, and affiliate marketing partners promoting specialized treatments—including compounded GLP-1 weight management, peptide therapies, and sexual wellness solutions—to ensure measurable results.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels, swiftly identifying bottlenecks and implementing performance adjustments.
Unit Economics & Analytics: Track critical digital health metrics including CAC, ROAS, subscription retention, repeat purchase rates, churn, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) to guide smart budget allocations.
Budget Strategy: Streamline multi-million dollar advertising spend, cutting inefficient spend and scaling high-performing funnels to maximize bottom-line profitability.
Growth Innovation: Evaluate new affiliate partners, media networks, and acquisition channels tailored to the health and wellness market to safely and efficiently expand our reach.
Operational Leadership: Build robust performance-monitoring frameworks, reporting loops, and operational best practices, leveraging modern analytics and automation tools to support a scaling team.
Industry Experience: Extensive background in ad operations, performance marketing, or growth leadership within a digital health, telehealth, or D2C prescription healthcare company.
Budget Mastery: Proven track record of managing substantial ad spend, coordinating multiple agency partners or internal teams, and improving efficiency metrics in regulated or compliance-heavy sectors.
Channel Expertise: Deep, hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, paid acquisition frameworks, and affiliate ecosystems within health/wellness.
Subscription & Data Acumen: Strong fluency in subscription business economics, retention funnels, revenue attribution models, and core performance metrics (CAC vs. LTV).
Leadership & Drive: Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the confidence to challenge underperforming strategies, hold vendors accountable, and make rapid, data-backed decisions.
Location: Miami, FL (Initially Remote / Future In-Office)
Compensation : $150,000 - $200,000
