We are looking for an Archive Clerk for our administrative area in a B2B wholesale sales activity. The selected person will be responsible for organizing commercial documents and their correct storage to facilitate operational flows. Responsibilities include document classification, digitalization, and internal system updates. A high school diploma, proficiency in Office Suite, and attention to detail are required. We offer a 6-month full-time contract with the possibility of extension, along with meal vouchers and continuous training. The position is available immediately in La Spezia.
