Per il periodo pre-natalizio in Liguria, struttura ricettiva con ventiquattro camere ricerchiamo addetto/a assistenza clienti per gestione accoglienza e servizi di front office.
La risorsa gestisce il check-in e check-out degli ospiti, risponde a richieste via telefono e chat interna, coordina le comunicazioni con il reparto housekeeping e cucina per le esigenze quotidiane. Gestisce inoltre il sistema di prenotazione camere e la registrazione dati anagrafici secondo le normative vigenti.
Requisiti:
- diploma di scuola superiore
- disponibilità a turni mattutini e pomeridiani
- conoscenza base del pacchetto Office e di un software gestionale hotel
- attitudine al contatto diretto con la clientela
- orientamento al servizio e problem solving
- apertura anche a prime esperienze
