ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking Senior Consultants to support and drive the growth of our Data and AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.
This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as an AI Governance and Risk lead. You will support the translation of global AI regualtions into practical policies, controls, and governance frameworks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the implementation of a globally consistent approach to AI-related regulatory change and Responsible AI governance
Monitor evolving AI regulations and translate requirements into practical governance processes and controls.
Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies and procedures to support the safe and responsible use of AI.
Coordinate AI-related regulatory engagements across businesses, functions and markets.
Partner with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology and Business to oversee AI use cases and regulatory compliance.
Provide senior management with regular reporting on regulatory developments, key risks, deliverables and governance metrics .
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
At least 5 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting delivering impactive Ai transformation initiatives.
Strong experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk or regulatory change within financial services.
Deep understanding of AI regulations, regulatory expectations and Responsible AI practices .
Experience developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and controls within a complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance , preferably within a global bank or financial institution.
Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions and jurisdictions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading teams and complex regulatory or governance initiatives .
