About the Job: Build and Ship: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI products across voice, messaging, and conversational AI. Lead by Example: Remain deeply hands-on in the codebase while coaching engineers, conducting code reviews, and raising engineering standards. Own Products End-to-End: Take ideas from concept to production, owning architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration. Build AI Agents: Develop sophisticated AI workflows using LLMs, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, and real-time voice technologies. Solve Real Customer Problems: Work closely with product, customers, and leadership to translate hospitality challenges into practical AI solutions. Drive Technical Decisions: Make pragmatic architecture decisions balancing speed, scalability, reliability, latency, and cost. Integrate Complex Systems: Build integrations with hotel property management systems (PMS), booking engines, CRMs, and third-party APIs. Move Fast: Prototype rapidly, validate ideas with real users, and continuously improve products based on feedback and performance data. What Success Looks Like: You're shipping meaningful product improvements, building reliable AI systems used by real customers, and making the engineers around you better.
