Area Sales Manager, Pacific Northwest (Leader)

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Director Job Description Responsible for providing leadership to an enterprise sales team toward achievement of assigned sales quotas and goals through partners located within a defined geographic territory.  Contribute to increase Check Point awareness in the market place through direct contacts with Partners, Resellers, Large Accounts, and Technology Consultants. Ensure an active presence in Trade Shows and Check Point organized Seminars. Focus on the development of the sales channel, enhance the performance of the current distributors/VARs and extend the market coverage through additional partners. Qualifications 2+ years of direct people management experience leading quota-carrying sales professionals. 7–10+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale high-performing sales teams. Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, driving new logo acquisition, and delivering significant revenue growth. Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities. Experience building and executing strategic territory and account penetration plans. Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $220,000-$255,000 In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
