Requirements What You'll Do Build APIs and microservices that power a hyperlocal platform used by millions of users. Work with real-time data, optimize queries, and improve system performance. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build and ship features at startup speed. Learn and work with infrastructure, distributed systems, databases, and performance optimization. Take ownership of your code throughout the development Benefits What We're Looking For Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java . Understanding of REST APIs and basic database concepts, including SQL/NoSQL. Experience building projects outside of academic coursework. GitHub repositories, side projects, or other hands-on development experience are highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about how backend systems scale. Willingness to ask questions, experiment, learn from failures, and continuously improve.
