As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones. - Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting - Collect and record data on child behaviors - Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst - Attend team meetings What We Offer - Competitive pay and paid training - Career Growth & flexible hours - Mileage reimbursement - Holiday pay, PTO and health benefits for full-time employees!   What You'll Need - Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field - Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs - Reliable Transportation - Active CPR certification (Preferred) - RBT certification preferred but not required!   Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time - Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time License/Certification: - CPR Certification (Required) - RBT certification )Preferred but not required) Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers   Work Location: In person   #IndeedHires2026
