It takes strategy, structure, collaboration and a strong understanding of public procurement. We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded BID Manager who can bring all of this together. As BID Manager for Public 360° in Sweden, you will play a central role in our growth journey. You will lead complex public-sector tenders from early qualification and bid strategy through proposal development, submission and handover. Working closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Legal, Security, Delivery and other specialists, you will bring the right people together, create structure around complex requirements and help turn opportunities into compelling, compliant and competitive proposals. This cross-functional ownership is also central to the existing BID Manager profile.    Your role Lead and coordinate public procurement and tender processes from qualification and planning through submission and handover. Devlop clear bid strategies, timelines, responsibilities and win themes for each opportunity. Analyse tender documentation and requirements to ensure a strong understanding of customer needs, evaluation criteria, risks and dependencies. Coordinate contributions from Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Legal, Security, Delivery and other subject-matter experts. Translate complex technical, commercial and operational input into clear, persuasive and customer-focused proposals . Ensure bids meet formal requirements, deadlines and quality standards. Challenge and support internal stakeholders to strengthen our positioning and differentiate Public 360° in competitive procurements. Support commercial and contractual discussions together with Sales and relevant specialists. Facilitate reviews and lessons learned to continuously improve our bid processes, content and ways of working. Build and maintain reusable bid content, templates and best practices that make future tender processes more efficient. This reflects the existing internal profile, where the BID Manager owns the process from qualification and planning through submission and handover.    Who are you? You are a structured and commercially minded bid professional who knows how to create clarity when the process around you is complex. You understand that a successful public-sector bid is not simply about meeting every requirement. It is about understanding the customer, developing a clear strategy and bringing together the right expertise to create a proposal that is both compliant and compelling . We believe you bring: Several years of experience within BID Management, Proposal Management, tender management or public procurement . Experience leading complex tenders, preferably within software, SaaS, IT services or digital transformation . Strong knowledge of the Swedish public sector and public procurement processes . Experience navigating formal tender requirements and coordinating complex responses involving multiple stakeholders. Strong project management skills and the ability to create structure, ownership and momentum under tight deadlines. Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear and convincing proposals. Commercial and contractual awareness and the ability to identify risks, dependencies and opportunities. Confidence working across functions and influencing stakeholders without necessarily having direct authority. Fluency in Swedish and professional proficiency in English , both written and spoken. Experience within case management, document management, ECM or digital solutions for the public sector is considered an advantage. These elements are also specifically reflected in the existing internal BID Manager draft.    As a person You are organised, proactive and accountable.
