Business Analyst

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Lead requirements elicitation and analysis through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements Prepare and maintain user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process descriptions Support presales activities including RFP/RFQ analysis, scope clarification, assumptions, risks, and dependencies Participate in project estimation together with PMs, Tech Leads, and Solution Architects Facilitate Discovery phases and help structure solution scope and priorities Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the project lifecycle Maintain traceability of requirements and support change management Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, product, and project management teams Support backlog refinement, release planning, and UAT activities Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements and raise them proactively Communicate effectively with Customers and internal stakeholders Prepare clear documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other project tools Qualifications  3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects  Strong requirements engineering skills  Experience with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation  Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC  Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete requirements and structure them effectively  Experience with user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML, and process modeling  Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and basic system architecture concepts  Experience participating in Discovery and/or presales activities  Ability to define scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks  Strong analytical and communication skills  Upper-Intermediate English level or higher  Ability to work independently and take ownership of BA activities WILL BE A PLUS Experience with complex enterprise, integration-heavy, or regulated projects Experience with RFP/RFQ preparation Experience with business-process improvement and workflow automation Experience with API/interface specifications Experience with backlog and release governance Experience with KPIs, reporting, or data-related requirements Additional Information PERSONAL PROFILE Strong ownership mindset Proactive communication skills Attention to detail Structured and analytical thinking Ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic environments Team-oriented approach Company Description Are you passionate about turning ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable solutions?
