The Role
Based in Singapore and reporting to the GM Ticketing Asia, this role sits at the heart of TEG's growth across one of Asia's most dynamic live entertainment markets. You'll own Singapore's commercial pipeline end to end, building senior relationships with venues, promoters and public and private sector stakeholders to establish Ticketek as the ticketing partner of choice. It's a high-visibility, individual-contributor role for a commercially minded relationship-builder who thrives on closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Requirements
Outcomes to deliver:
In this role, you will:
Own the Singapore business development pipeline end to end – identifying, pursuing and closing venue, promoter and event ticketing opportunities.
Build and manage senior relationships with venues (the national stadium, arenas and new venues), promoters, and public agencies and private sector stakeholders
Work with TEG Touring, Sport and Experiences to match content to Singapore venues and convert it into signed events.
Lead commercial proposals, fee negotiations and contract renewals, including major venue partnerships.
Act as senior account manager for key clients, strengthening relationships and service quality.
Provide pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting to the GM.
Capabilities to bring
You'll be a strong fit for this role if you bring:
8–10+ years' business development or commercial experience in live entertainment, events, media or ticketing, ideally in the Singapore market.
A strong existing network across Singapore venues, promoters and public agencies.
A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial deals.
Credibility at senior and executive level, with the confidence to represent TEG with government and venue leadership.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable working with fee models and contracts.
