From creating online content and ensuring secure payments to order fulfillment and delivery, while providing comprehensive customer and partner care, this team is relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience every single day. PORTO Our office is near Porto, in the north of Portugal, and is located in a vibrant business hub. THE ROLE As a Business Operations Principal, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, elevating operational performance, and shaping scalable solutions across our Catalogue and Selection areas. This role combines problem-solving with data-driven analysis and disciplined project management. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to tackle complex challenges, deliver high-impact projects, and embed operational excellence into team workflows and decision-making. Reporting to the Senior Director of Catalogue Operations, you’ll be a trusted partner and go-to problem solver, helping the company scale effectively while maintaining agility.
