RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:
- Atuar como ponto de contato para clientes, usuários ou colaboradores.
- Acompanhar solicitações, dúvidas e incidentes, garantindo soluções ágeis.
- Facilitar a comunicação e a colaboração entre equipes.
- Organizar e controlar documentos, registros e relatórios.
- Apoiar a entrega de recursos, ferramentas e serviços necessários.
- Contribuir para a melhoria e otimização de processos internos.

- Apoiar em treinamentos, comunicação interna e atividades de integração.

REQUISITOS:
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento.
- Experiência prévia em áreas de atendimento, suporte, recursos humanos, administrativo ou funções similares.
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita em português (inglês ou espanhol será considerado diferencial).
- Capacidade de organização, atenção a detalhes e gestão de múltiplas demandas.
- Perfil colaborativo, orientado a soluções e com foco em experiência do usuário/cliente.
- Conhecimento intermediário em ferramentas digitais e pacote Office/Google Workspace.
- Ter trabalhado em startups ou empresas de tecnologia em crescimento.
