This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice As a Senior Consultant within the Capital Markets team, you be part of Client Onboarding & Change projects across securities services for top-tier financial institution KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end client onboarding and change initiatives for Banks, Asset Managers, and Financial Institutions. Manage project delivery including planning, governance, RAID management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting. Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and managing senior stakeholder expectations. Gather and analyse business requirements, facilitating workshops and translating needs into practical solutions and delivery plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk & Compliance, and Client Services to drive successful outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects. KEY REQUIREMENTS 5+ years' experience in Project Management, PMO, Change Management, or Business Analysis within Financial Services, Banking, Asset Servicing, or Consulting. Proven track record delivering business transformation, operational change, regulatory change, or client onboarding programmes. Strong project management skills with expertise in governance, stakeholder management, RAID management, and delivery oversight. Experience in Fund services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody Services, or Investment Operations is advantageous Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English required, Cantonese and Mandarin highly preferred. WHY JOIN CAPCO?
