CNC Technician/Operator (m/f/x)

Schedule: full-time Employment: permanent Your way into the future Bring precision to the future of laser communications: As a CNC Technician/Operator (m/f/x), you will manufacture high-precision components that form the foundation of our innovative communication systems. What awaits you at Mynaric Operate CNC milling/turning machines (5-axis, 3+2 axis, etc.) with precision and efficiency Load materials and parts, prepare test runs, and manage production cycles Read and interpret CAD drawings, applying basic GD&T principles Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize performance and results Inspect, measure, and document finished products for quality assurance Perform daily machine checks and routine maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with 5S principles Take initiative to troubleshoot, solve problems, and contribute to process improvements Flexibility to work in shifts as required What you bring with you Previous experience with CNC milling or a completed technical education/apprenticeship preferred Strong willingness to learn and grow is the most important requirement Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Familiarity with measuring and inspection tools is an advantage Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel) Strong teamwork and communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus What we offer you Have you always wanted to wear your favorite space outfit to work?
