Role overview
We are seeking a Content AdOps Specialist who will focus on the effective delivery, optimisation, and monetisation of advertising across our content portfolio. This role will sit within the Content team while maintaining a strong Ad Operations focus, working closely with content, commercial, and technical teams to maximise the performance and value of our content inventory.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising, media, content, or streaming environments, with a strong understanding of ad operations, campaign management, programmatic advertising, and content monetisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day setup, delivery, monitoring, and optimisation of advertising campaigns across content environments.
Work closely with the Content team to ensure advertising is effectively integrated across the content portfolio while maintaining a strong user experience.
Implement and optimise AdOps strategies to maximise the performance and monetisation of content inventory.
Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and resolving delivery, pacing, targeting, and technical issues.
Analyse campaign and inventory performance data and provide actionable insights to improve delivery, yield, and revenue.
Collaborate with Content and Commercial teams to maximise the value of available advertising inventory and identify new monetisation opportunities.
Act as a key operational point of contact for relevant content and advertising partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day collaboration.
Support the implementation and optimisation of programmatic and direct advertising solutions across content platforms.
Ensure campaigns meet agreed client KPIs, delivery requirements, and quality standards.
Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Support the implementation of new ad formats, content environments, and monetisation initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CTV Ad Operations within digital media, content, streaming, or a similar environment, including campaign management and optimisation.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad serving, campaign delivery, and real-time bidding (RTB) processes.
Proficiency in using ad servers, programmatic platforms, and relevant AdTech tools.
Experience working with content and advertising inventory, with a good understanding of how content environments can impact campaign delivery and performance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse campaign and inventory performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Content, Sales, Account Management, Product, and external partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proven experience in managing relationships with content, media, or advertising partners, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and maximise the value of inventory.
