Customer Data Architecture: Re-model complex customer account hierarchies, account data flows, and master data models across interconnected platforms. Multi-System Orchestration: Design architectural solutions and data synchronisation strategies connecting Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Adobe Commerce (Magento), and modern Digital platforms. Migration & Transition Roadmapping: Translate the strategic vision into an actionable, phased migration plan to guide delivery teams through implementation. Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering leads across commercial, finance, and technical domains. Salesforce & CRM Depth: Extensive architectural experience within Salesforce and core CRM ecosystems. AI Statement We champion tech that helps people work smarter, but we want to get to know you!
