As a Contractor Trainer at Remi, you’ll help new contractors successfully launch and grow within Remi’s contractor network. You’ll guide contractors through the final portions of onboarding, train them on the Remi App and our performance expectations, and provide hands-on support as they complete their first Remi projects. You’ll become an expert on what makes contractors successful at Remi and help new partners build the habits, processes, and knowledge they need to perform at a high level.
You’ll work directly with contractors during their first 10 projects, helping them navigate challenges, understand expectations, and become increasingly self-sufficient. After their initial 10 projects, you’ll review their performance and help determine whether they’re ready to take on additional volume. If you enjoy teaching, building relationships, solving problems, and helping people succeed, you’ll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Train newly onboarded contractors on the Remi App, project workflows, and operational processes
Clearly communicate Remi’s expectations around responsiveness, scheduling, communication, quality, documentation, homeowner experience, and project completion
Provide hands-on support and coaching as contractors complete their first Remi projects
Proactively identify process gaps, performance concerns, and opportunities for additional training
Help contractors troubleshoot challenges while developing the skills to operate independently within the Remi network
Monitor contractor performance throughout their first 10 projects, including timelines, communication, quality, documentation, and homeowner experience
Conduct a performance review after a contractor’s first 10 projects and provide a recommendation on readiness for additional project volume
Partner with Operations, Sourcing, Quality, and other internal teams to resolve contractor issues and improve the onboarding experience
Identify trends and opportunities to continuously improve Remi’s contractor training program
