The Crypto Operations team is passionate about delivering an excellent end-customer experience and mitigating firm risk while supporting cutting-edge crypto products. As a Crypto Operations Intern, you will serve as a technical product and operations expert, owning processes critical to maintaining Robinhood’s crypto products while supporting product teams in improving and scaling our offerings. You’ll partner with specialized subject-matter experts on the operations desks—including Trading, Money Movements, Account Servicing, Product Operations and Risk Management—to identify optimization opportunities, support critical day-to-day processes, and provide feedback loops that inform product development. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, and Finance to ensure operational readiness, efficient processes, and a seamless customer experience. This role is based in our New York, NY office , with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
