Project & Programme Management Experience: Strong project and/or programme management experience gained within complex, multi-stakeholder environments; experience of agile delivery is a strong advantage. Operational Experience: Demonstrable experience gained within an operational environment - energy sector operations and/or contact centre settings are especially valued - giving you a first-hand understanding of the pressures and workflows your training needs to support. AI Fluency: Demonstrable experience building, productionalising, or delivering training on AI features and products while they are still in development, and genuine confidence working with AI tools as part of your own everyday practice. Simplification Master: You possess a natural ability to take complex technical and business concepts and translate them into clear, engaging, and practical learning materials. Engaging Facilitator: You are a confident and dynamic presenter, able to captivate diverse audiences and create a fun, interactive learning environment.
