Job Description
We are looking for a Cyber Security Program Analyst to join a global cybersecurity transformation program focused on strengthening cyber resilience, IT risk management, and operational resilience across multiple international entities.
You will be part of a Group Cyber Security team responsible for driving cybersecurity maturity, aligning security practices, and supporting compliance with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements. Working in a highly international environment, you will collaborate with cybersecurity experts, risk professionals, and stakeholders from different business areas and countries.

Qualifications
Knowledge of Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, and Governance.
Ability to analyze data and assess compliance against security frameworks.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL is a plus.
Fluent English; French is an advantage.
Support the execution of cybersecurity maturity assessments across assigned entities.
Guide stakeholders through cybersecurity requirements and evidence collection processes.
Review and validate submitted evidence against defined assessment standards.
Communicate framework updates, remediation actions, and assessment outcomes to stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between central IT teams and local entities.
Maintain assessment documentation and contribute to management reporting and dashboards.
Support the improvement of methodologies, processes, and tools.
Contribute to strategic cybersecurity and resilience initiatives.
