Schedule: full-time Employment: permanent Years of experience: 5-7 Salary: 45000 to 70000 EUR per year Your Tasks You win new Fleet & B2B partners and build a strong ryd pay sales pipeline You own the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closing You drive fleet growth initiatives and identify high-potential opportunities You coordinate onboarding & integration with Tech/Product for a fast go-live You represent ryd pay at industry events and generate qualified leads You ensure strong activation & conversion across the full partner lifecycle Your Qualifications Proven experience in Enteprise B2B sales (ideally in the car and or fleet industry with contract negotiations with Enteprise customers of 1+ employees) or business development, ideally in payments, mobility, fleet, or SaaS Professional Experience btween 4-7 years Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipelines, engage customers and close deals Confident communicator who sparks interest through consultative selling Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, drive, and a hands-on approach Thrives in fast-paced environments, stays organized, and works independently Excellent German and English skills Your Perks #shapingryd is one of our values, as we believe that transforming from Start-up to Scaleup can only be achieved together.
