The Role We are seeking an experienced ERP Programme Lead to shape and lead complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation programmes within the Retail and Consumer Products (CPG) sector. The role requires a rare combination of upfront transformation shaping and senior programme delivery experience . The individual will be expected to lead programmes from Discovery, business case and transformation roadmap development through mobilisation, design, implementation, deployment and stabilisation . The successful candidate will combine strong business transformation leadership with deep ERP programme experience, ideally including SAP S/4HANA , and will be comfortable advising senior executives on strategic choices while also taking accountability for successful programme execution. Key Skills & Responsibilities Transformation Discovery & Shaping Business Case & Investment Case Transformation & Architecture Options Programme Mobilisation End-to-End Programme Delivery Senior Stakeholder & Executive Leadership Commercial & Partner Management Requirements You.. 10+ years' experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programmes. Proven delivery of multiple full lifecycle SAP programmes, including ECC and S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts. Experience leading programmes from discovery, business case and roadmap development through to deployment and stabilisation. Strong knowledge of SAP transformation approaches, including Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield. Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, governance, programme planning, risks, dependencies and delivery teams. Experience managing System Integrators, third-party partners and programme commercials. Strong consulting or client-facing background with the ability to articulate value-based propositions and lead large proposals. Experience working in global delivery environments, including offshore teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and leadership skills. Experience coaching, mentoring and developing programme team members. Retail industry experience preferred.
