Executive Assistant, Marketing Leadership

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not.   THE SHORT VERSION You run how our marketing lead spends their time, and you help build how the marketing org works together. You plan his week, triage what reaches him, make sure the team follows through on what it owes him, and run the rituals that make the marketing team a great place to work.   WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO - Plan the marketing lead's time across internal and external meetings, and protect focused time for their own work. - Triage his inbox, Slack and other channels. Flag blockers, risks and anything that needs his answer that day. - Keep a live list of what the team owes the marketing lead, and chase it. - Suggest and run team activities and online sessions that help the marketing org bond. - Manage all of the marketing lead's logistics.   HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING - Next week is planned by Friday, with focus time protected every week. - The marketing lead gets a daily note on what needs their answer that day, across email and Slack. - The list of what the team owes him is current and chased every week. - The first team sessions have run, and there's a plan for the next quarter.   WHO YOU ARE - You've been an executive assistant to a C-suite executive. - Your scope went well beyond the calendar: you owned inbox and comms triage, logistics and follow-through for your executive. - You can show how your work helped a team build a great culture. - You chase people on your executive's behalf before anyone asks you to.   PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF - You keep a diary and wait to be told what comes next. - You've only supported one executive at a large corporate and haven't worked at startup pace.   EVEN BETTER IF - You already use AI to run parts of the job.   WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT You build how the marketing org runs, from leadership's time to its team rituals, and the role can grow towards chief of staff or operations.   HOW WE WORK Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day. We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate. WHY VIKTOR We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling. This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on. That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true. COMPENSATION Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage. The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
