Field Collections Officer

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Associate Job Description The Field Collection Collector is responsible for visiting clients to collect outstanding payments. What you'll do Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions. Assess clients' financial situations and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during collection activities. Report regularly to the Collection Manager on progress and any issues encountered. Handle client inquiries and resolve disputes in a professional manner. Collaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and processes. This role will be reporting to the Collection Manager Qualifications What you'll need to bring to the role Experience in collections/accounts receivables, contact center and customer service role Fresh graduates are welcome to apply You will be consistently demonstrate deep personal drive and accountability for great performance and results deliveryAchieve individual / team targets Ensuring maximum contribution to a positive working culture Why this role is important to us This role is critical in supporting the function's operations and helping achieve its objectives of collection management whilst ensuring high level of performance is maintained.
