Field Service Technician

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Descrição do emprego We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple Inetum project environments. The role focuses on end-user support, device troubleshooting, Windows administration and basic Microsoft 365 user administration. Main Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals. Install and configure corporate software and Microsoft applications. Support basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and printing. Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, groups and licences. Support Outlook, Teams and OneDrive, including authentication, MFA and synchronisation issues. Record activities and resolutions within ticketing systems. Qualificações Experience in onsite technical support or helpdesk roles. Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting. Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively. Valid driving licence.
