Field Support

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Executive Job Description We are looking for a  Field Support Technician  to join the technical support team of one of our clients in Lisboa. This professional will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.   Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support to users and equipment; Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; Install, configure, and maintain devices and peripherals; Ensure systems are updated and functioning according to company policies; Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex incidents. Qualifications Training in Information Technology or related field; 1–2 years of experience in technical support roles; Solid knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Good communication and customer-oriented approach; Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
