Employment: Full-time Job Description The Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP) is a program for new graduates designed to jumpstart high-impact careers in finance. Through structured rotations across key finance functions , participants gain hands-on experience with continuous mentorship and targeted training to develop strategic, technical, and leadership skills We’re seeking finance-focused AI innovators —candidates eager to apply artificial intelligence to improve workflows, uncover insights, and drive innovation across the enterprise in a rapidly changing landscape. Rotations are available across multiple business functions and may include: Financial Planning & Analysis Finance Product & Analytics Go-To-Market Finance Treasury Corporate Accounting & Financial Services Global Business Services Qualifications Qualifications Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
