Finance Operations Analyst Ukraine

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Associate Job Description The person will prepare payment data, make basic checks, identify simple issues, support accounting preparation and help answer courier payment claims.   Qualifications Must haves •Basic Excel skills - filters, sorting, totals and simple formulas. • Attention to detail - carefully checks IDs, bank details and payment amounts. • Comfort with routine work - ready to repeat the same daily payment tasks consistently. • Reliability and willingness to work - meets deadlines and follows the agreed process. • Willingness to learn and ask questions - previous Finance experience is not required. • Fluent Ukrainian and working English. Nice Haves:   Any experience with payments, bank operations, accounting support, billing, payroll or data entry. • Experience with lookups or Pivot Tables in Excel. • Experience with 1C, an ERP, an accounting system or a bank portal.
