We're looking for a Founders Associate to work directly alongside our founder on the company's most critical priorities. This is a role for someone who wants to see how a company is actually built — and who wants to build parts of it themselves. You'll take on the topics that matter most in any given quarter, structure them, and drive them to a result. Location: Preferably Hybrid Luxembourg This is what you’ll own Strategic Projects: Take full ownership of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives — from first scoping to delivered outcome. Decision Support: Prepare the analyses, briefing documents, and recommendations our founder needs to make fast, high-quality calls. Operational Rhythms: Own the recurring beats of the business, including board preparation, leadership meeting facilitation, and reporting cycles. Research & Analysis: Dig into markets, competitors, and our own performance data — and turn what you find into something we can act on. Systems & Process: Find where things are slow, manual, or unclear, and design scalable processes that fix them for good. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring Experience: 1–3 years in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable field. Structured Thinking: You break complex, poorly defined problems into clear frameworks and concrete next steps. Analytical Skills: Confident with data and comfortable in Google Workspace Communication: Concise and professional, in writing and in the room. Ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks, and you follow through without being chased. Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in German and English . Nice to Have Startup Experience: You've worked in an early-stage or fast-scaling environment before. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare, SaaS, or AI-driven businesses. Investor Exposure: Prior involvement in investor relations or fundraising processes.
