We unify fragmented systems, automate manual workflows, and enable real-time decision-making for post-acute care providers, bringing clarity and predictability to critical healthcare environments.   ABOUT THE ROLE As our Founding Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. You’ll work at the intersection of customer needs and technical innovation—triaging feature requests, prioritizing what to build next, and launching new product lines that directly impact agency operations and outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with engineers and coding agents to turn insights and requirements into reality.   WHAT YOU’LL DO - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers: gather feedback, triage feature requests, and identify emerging needs - Prioritize customer requests and translate them into clear product requirements - Work directly with engineers and coding agents to scope, build, and ship new features and products - Drive the development of net new product lines that expand Claim Health’s impact - Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery - Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including support, customer success, and operations—to deliver seamless solutions - Communicate product plans, progress, and roadmaps to customers and internal teams   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Experience working with customers in a product or engineering role (SaaS, healthcare, or related fields a plus) - Strong ability to triage, prioritize, and define product requirements based on customer input - Track record of collaborating with engineering teams and technical stakeholders - Familiarity with coding agents, APIs, or automation technologies - Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort with ambiguity - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High ownership, bias towards action, and attention to detail   WHY JOIN CLAIM HEALTH - Direct impact on critical operations in a growing health tech platform - Opportunity to drive new product lines from inception to launch - Collaborative, low-ego, high-performance team - Meaningful equity and influence over our company’s future - Hard problems, fast pace, and a culture that values both rigor and creativity
