You’ll work in a small, empowered Scrum team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and other development teams to deliver features driven by user needs and business goals. You’ll contribute to a complex, well-designed SaaS application and help us continuously improve its architecture, performance, and reliability.
What you’ll do:
Design, develop, and maintain product features across the backend and frontend of our Workflow and Automation solutions.
Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Develop responsive and maintainable frontend functionality using React and modern state management solutions.
Ensure high code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and other development teams to deliver valuable product improvements.
Contribute to the evolution of our SaaS architecture, supporting scalability, reliability, and the needs of thousands of tenants.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability in production.
Share knowledge, support teammates, and provide technical assistance to customers when needed.
What you'll need:
Solid commercial experience with Java 17 and Spring Boot, including RESTful APIs, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Data JDBC.
Strong practical experience with TypeScript and Node.js for backend development, serverless functions, or API resolvers.
Strong frontend development experience with React 18, modern state management solutions such as Redux or TanStack Query, and routing libraries.
Good understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and application architecture, including their trade-offs.
Experience writing automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, using tools such as JUnit 5, Mockito, Vitest, and Playwright.
Proficiency with Git, Maven, Docker, and a development IDE.
Strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an agile team.
Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher), along with a willingness to learn and continuously develop professionally.
