Game Designer (FPS)

Employment: Full-time Experience: Mid-Senior level Sperasoft is a leading game co-development company. We work closely with our partners to deliver high-quality titles for world-class publishers. Sperasoft is a part of Keywords studios – international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry and beyond. Game Development is our core competency. We collaborate closely with our partners, assisting them throughout the whole process of developing high quality AAA titles. Responsibilities A role collaborating closely with the Game Director and Game Design team on design decisions for a large AAA first-person shooter Own, drive and communicate the vision for major design initiatives, new features, major design overhauls and hold brainstorming/playtest sessions Work closely and unify all other disciplines: engineers, artists and producers to design, tune and implement various game design directions Lead complex, challenging, impactful game aspects with minimal oversight Analyze internal and external metrics feedback and adjust design or balance the game if necessary Contribute to prototyping, game balancing and gameplay tuning Requirements Must have experience in Game Design for first/ third person shooter games Full cycle and multi-discipline development experience with at least 1 title shipped as a game designer Knowledge of 3D level/game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal 5 A fine attention to quality and detail, both creatively and technically Strong creative skills Excellent organization and communication skills Familiar with project management methodologies and software Passionate gamer, with a strong passion for games in general Proficiency in English (verbal, written and technical) Benefits Working with an international team of world-class professionals on exciting and challenging projects Learning & Development opportunities – mentoring, lectures, participation at industry conferences and events Medical Care package Breakfasts, snacks and fruits available during the day, tea and coffee machines Additional benefits – care bonus to cover health, educational and safety needs, corporate parties and team buildings and many more others
