If you are convinced you can create unusual value at Hedge, tell us what you should own, why it matters now, and what evidence says you can do it.   COMPENSATION AND OWNERSHIP For the kinds of founding roles we most often create through this path, base salary is $125K-$250K and equity is 0.25%-1.50%. Respectful initiative gets noticed. Generic pitches do not. Please do not repeatedly call or message.   WHO THRIVES HERE You are unusually resourceful, direct, and accountable. You see important work before it becomes a formal job description and can explain your thesis without exaggeration.   WHY HEDGE Hedge is building the operating system for commercial insurance distribution. You will work directly with the founders and have room to shape a role around real company needs.
