Global Product Manager NFC Automotive - IoT (f/m/d)

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description As a Global Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Connectivity - NFC Product Line. You will own the entire lifecycle of your product portfolio, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring its success by aligning customer needs, market trends, and organizational goals. With a focus on innovation, strategy, and cross-functional leadership, you will help position our solutions as market leaders.  Key Responsibilities:  Product Definition and SCOPE Management:  Elaborate product requirements, costs, and timelines.  Collaboration with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.  Serve as the first point of contact during project execution and support internal and external stakeholders.  Business Ownership  Maintain and evaluate the product’ positioning, leveraging the (4Ps(Product, Price, Place, Promotion)  Own and continuously validate the product’s business case   Collaborate with Regional Product Marketing Teams to monitor and support the DIN funnel.  Identify new business opportunities and ensure the teams have the resources to succeed.  Strategic Leadership:  Support and contribute to product roadmap definitions.  Develop innovative product ideas, and USPs to achieve market leadership.  Drive the product strategy through customer, market, and competition analyses.  Go-to-market execution:  Define and implement product market Introduction plans, ensuring the readiness of “product packages”, training materials, and promotions tools.  Train and equip the sales force to ensure effective product promotion and adoption.  Market scouting & Innovation:  Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to guide innovation.  Propose new business models and make-or-buy strategies for inorganic growth.  Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.  5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor field of product Management is a plus  Strong technical knowledge of NFC Applications and standards is a must  Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused and team-oriented approach.  Automotive Market understanding – Tier1 and supply channels is a plus  Business fluency in English; and German is a plus.  Willingness to travel internationally.  Additional Information This position is subject to the Collective Agreement of the Electrical and Electronics Industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times a year. However, we offer a higher salary depending on your experience and qualifications.
