Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
What you will focus on
The Graphic Designer in the Creative Agency Team plays a vital role in adapting and creating compelling visuals: illustrations and marketing assets to drive engagement and support marketing strategies across various channels. This includes creating promotional materials for user acquisition campaigns, social media, in-game events, branding initiatives, and merchandise. The designer collaborates with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, live operations, and user acquisition teams, to ensure visuals align with creative briefs and enhance the player experience.
Working under the guidance of the Creative Agency Lead, the designer brings creativity, precision, and innovation to every project.
What it means on a daily basis
Create high-quality 2D assets for marketing and promotional campaigns, including social media graphics, banners, app store images, cross-promotions, and user acquisition ads.
Design in-game visuals and branding materials, such as icons, splash screens, event banners, logos, infographics, presentations, and merchandise.
Adapt designs to diverse artistic styles, project requirements, and digital or print formats while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal teams, leads, and licensors to incorporate feedback, contribute ideas, and support the creative direction of 2D assets.
Follow artistic, brand IP, and licensing guidelines to ensure visual consistency, high-quality deliverables, and timely delivery.
Organize and archive design files, prepare final assets for deployment across platforms, and monitor static ad performance to recommend improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance the quality and engagement of marketing materials.
What success will look like
Respect delivery deadlines.
Ensure that creatives adhere to the high quality standards.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism with regard to the team and clients.
Who you would be working with
You will report to the Creative Agency Team Lead (CAT Lead) and work closely with the Project Manager, as well as other Graphic Designers, Illustration Artists, and Motion Designers on the team.
You will also coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including the Marketing team, Game team, and Clients (depending on the project).
