The posting, as the company wrote it
Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.
We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.
Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.
In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn.
But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI workflow automation. Design, build and ship AI-powered workflows that remove manual GTM work; from lead research and CRM enrichment to call analysis, personalised outreach and lifecycle automation. Own builds end to end, from problem definition through deployment, monitoring and iteration.
- Bridge gaps between systems. Find creative ways to connect tools that do not natively integrate. Build the webhooks, middleware, scripts and glue that keep data flowing cleanly between Salesforce and the rest of the stack.
- Solve multi-departmental integration challenges. Work across the boundaries of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data and Finance to turn tangled, cross-functional processes into reliable, automated systems.
- Prototype, test and scale. Test new ideas at small scale, measure what works, and scale the versions that deliver. Bring a bias to ship a working prototype over a perfect specification.
- Build with AI as the default. Use LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP builds and evals as everyday tools. Ask “how would AI do this?” before reaching for headcount or manual effort.
- Own reliability. Treat what you build as production systems: instrument them, monitor them, handle failure gracefully, and reduce risk across the GTM tech stack.
- Evaluate and recommend. Run structured pilots of new tools, assess capability, integration fit, reliability and ROI, and make clear build-versus-buy recommendations.
- Set the standard. Document what you build, enable GTM teams to adopt it with confidence, and mentor others in the team on building with AI and automation.
What You’ll Bring
- Significant hands-on experience in RevOps, GTM Systems, or Sales Operations within enterprise technology, ideally in a structured qualification environment such as MEDDPICC. You understand the full GTM engine and you know what good looks like when real revenue depends on the systems you own.
- Solid data and systems fundamentals. You understand CRM data models, object relationships, data quality and reporting architecture, and you design builds that keep data clean and trustworthy at scale.
- A track record of building for internal GTM teams. Your strongest work is systems and workflows used every day by sales, marketing or CS teams inside a business, not only side projects, single-client builds or customer-facing pre-sales work.
- A builder’s mindset on top of that foundation. You have built things, not just configured them. You can point to workflows, automations, integrations or tools you shipped that moved a real metric, ideally things nobody explicitly asked you to build.
- You learn systems fast. You pick up unfamiliar platforms quickly and reason about how they fit together. You are comfortable reading API documentation, handling authentication, respecting rate limits, and parsing JSON when a native connector does not exist.
- Fluency with AI as a build material. Hands-on experience using LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design and evals to build systems you can trust in production, not just as an end user.
- Comfort across low-code and code. You build with whatever fits the problem, from orchestration tools and Salesforce Flows through to scripting in Python, JavaScript, SOQL or SQL where it earns its place.
- Cross-functional range. You can interview a top rep to find the manual work that should not exist, translate a business problem into a technical build, and explain the result in plain language.
- Bias to ship, balanced with judgement. You move fast and decisively, and you build things others can maintain rather than sticky-plaster fixes.
- Deep CRM knowledge. Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, or deep expertise in a comparable enterprise CRM. Certifications are welcome but experience matters more.
Beneficial, But Not Required
- Experience with traditional GTM third-party tooling such as Gong, LeanData, Lusha, Cognism, Clay, Floqer, Zapier, Tableau, Snowflake, Guru, or equivalents.
- Evidence of experimenting with AI beyond your day job, such as side projects or personal builds that show how you think.
How You’ll Work: Our Operating Principles
- Solve for Customer Value. Define the customer problem and the value of solving it before you build.
- Drivers, Not Passengers. Take ownership and accountability, and bring others with you.
- Be Decisive, Even in Ambiguity. Speed is the strategy. Act with velocity over total certainty.
- AI to Deliver Outcomes. AI is our engine, not an add-on.
