The role
We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the people agenda in Greece and Cyprus, reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer. This role suits an HR Business Partner who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and thinking ahead.
Day to day, you will be the go-to HR partner for managers and employees in both countries, making sure our HR processes run smoothly. You will lead and support the local HR team, providing direction and enabling them to deliver effectively across the people agenda. At the same time, you will sit at the table with country leadership and help shape workforce, organizational and talent plans for the years ahead, in line with business objectives and Group strategy. You will work closely with Group HR to roll out key Group and local initiatives.
Responsibilities
Shape the people agenda
Partner with country leadership to translate business objectives into short- and long-term workforce, capability and organizational plans, anticipating needs well ahead of time.
Advise management on market practices and people topics such as employee relations, workforce planning, career development, compensation and benefits, and challenge constructively when the situation calls for it.
Drive organizational effectiveness by clarifying roles and KPIs, identifying productivity improvements, and leading local reorganization and optimization initiatives.
Use HR data and KPIs to make informed decisions and to track the impact of people initiatives.
Build Printec’s employer brand and Employee Value Proposition in both countries.
Deliver HR operations excellence
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, in cooperation with line managers and Group HR.
Implement Group People processes locally, including performance management, talent management, career and succession planning, and learning and development, coaching people managers along the way.
Manage country compensation and benefits, salary review cycles and budgeting, in line with Group policies, market benchmarks and local practice.
Oversee payroll inputs, ensuring legal and Group requirements are met.
Ensure HR administration and the employee lifecycle comply with Greek and Cypriot labor legislation, and keep employee data in the HR systems accurate.
Promote occupational health and safety and a well-functioning workplace.
Lead or join Group and country HR projects, as well as ESG activities.
Requirements
University degree; an MBA or MSc in HR, Organizational Behavior or Organizational Psychology is preferred.
At least 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with a hands-on generalist background across the employee lifecycle.
Familiarity with the technology industry is a plus.
Excellent command of Greek, English and tech savviness.
The ability to move between day-to-day delivery and long-term planning, such as workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession.
The credibility and influencing skills to advise and support senior management.
Excellent knowledge of Greek & Cypriot labor law and regulations.
Experience in international, multicultural organizations and in working with Group functions.
Strong business thinking, drive for results and customer focus, combined with a collaborative, people-first leadership style and respect of diversity.
