Job Description
The role is primarily focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, supporting the day-to-day management of user identities, access provisioning, access governance, and certification activities. The position involves working within a service mailbox to manage SailPoint IdentityNow incidents, service requests, cloud engineering account requests, custom group package requests within Azure, and the delivery of periodic access certification campaigns. The role operates within established support and delivery processes, including incident management, request fulfilment, access reviews, certification campaigns, reporting, change management, automation development, and collaboration with internal support teams to maintain secure and compliant access controls.
Experience Required:
Experience supporting Identity and Access Management processes within an enterprise environment.
Experience working with SailPoint IdentityNow for identity governance, provisioning, access management, and certification activities.
Experience managing service requests and incidents through ServiceNow.
Experience creating and maintaining access-related reports, dashboards, and audit information.
Understanding of joiner, mover, and leaver processes and access lifecycle management.
Experience raising and managing change requests in accordance with organisational change controls.
Experience conducting and coordinating access certification campaigns, including reviewer engagement, remediation tracking, and audit evidence collection.
Experience developing or supporting automation using SailPoint workflows and ServiceNow integrations to improve IAM operational efficiency.
Experience working within an Agile environment (sprint planning, backlog refinements and retrospectives).
Key Skills:
Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow, including access requests, certification campaigns, reporting, workflows, and administration.
Experience managing service mailboxes and prioritising workloads based on business impact and SLA requirements.
Ability to investigate and resolve SailPoint IdentityNow incidents and access-related issues.
Experience processing cloud engineering account requests and custom Azure group package requests.
Familiarity with ServiceNow incident, request, change, and workflow management processes.
Experience configuring and administering certification campaigns within SailPoint IdentityNow.
Knowledge of ServiceNow and SailPoint integration capabilities, including automation of access reviews, request fulfilment, notifications, escalations, and reporting activities.
Ability to create reports and analyse identity governance data using SailPoint and ServiceNow.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills for audit and compliance purposes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business teams.
Qualifications
SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
ITIL Foundation certification for incident, request, and change management processes.
SailPoint IdentityNow Fundamentals or equivalent SailPoint training.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (desirable).
