Identity and Access Management Consultant

Inetum is looking for a dedicated  IAM Consultant  to join our dynamic team and support critical identity and access operations for our clients in the banking sector. 🔐  Your Key Responsibilities Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with established policies and procedures; Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources; Conduct regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security standards; Respond to and resolve identity and access management issues as well as inquiries in a timely and professional manner; Ensure access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines; Perform password resets and provide first-line support via phone; Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations as required. Qualificações Experienced in a similar position/role; Proficiency in  Microsoft Office tools; Solid experience with  Active Directory ,  RSA and HID MFA platforms ,  Azure Entra ID , and  O365; . Methodical, rigorous, and detail-oriented; Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure; Team spirit and a proactive attitude; Language knowledge - English  (B1),  French ( B2).
