What the posting is about
We are looking for someone who knows the daily operation of collecting and crediting an AFP inside out: what collection sources exist, what information each counterpart delivers, how money is credited to affiliates' accounts, and what happens when documentation is missing or money is in arrears. Your mission will be to bring this operational experience to the team and work side by side with engineering to build software that solves these processes robustly. You don't need to program, but you do need to be able to speak the same language as the tech team and translate regulatory and operational complexity into clear requirements, incorporating how these flows work in real life, not just on paper.

Buscamos a alguien que conozca de memoria cómo funciona la operación diaria de recaudación y acreditación de una AFP: qué fuentes de recaudación existen, qué información entrega cada contraparte, cómo se acredita el dinero en las cuentas de los afiliados y qué pasa cuando falta documentación o el dinero queda en rezago. Alguien que pueda explicar cómo funcionan estos procesos en la práctica, no sólo cómo los describe la norma.
Tu misión será traer esa experiencia operativa al equipo y trabajar codo a codo con ingeniería para construir software que resuelva estos procesos de forma robusta. No necesitas programar, pero sí necesitas poder hablar el mismo idioma que el equipo tech y traducir la complejidad regulatoria y operativa en requerimientos claros, incorporando cómo funcionan estos flujos en la vida real, no solo en el papel de la norma.
