Responsibilities ● Identify new sales opportunities by handling both inbound and outbound calls to follow up. ● Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities. ● Achieve monthly milestones and close sales targets. ● Regularly study accounts and identify important players. ● Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals. ● Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects. ● Basic Metrics - 180 calls - Maintain 3 hours Talk Time Qualifications Requirements ● Any Degree (Preferably - Engineering) ● Strong sense of communication and phone skills. ● Well experienced with web presentation tools Additional Information ● Shift timing: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST / 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM ● Location: Chennai ● Position Type: Permanent, Full-time Company Description Skill-Lync is an India-based online education company that is currently part of the Y-Combinator program in the U.S. The business is bootstrapped and developing a fascinating service that helps India’s thousands of engineering graduates to turn their book smarts into employable skills and jobs.
