Intern - Transaction Services

Employment: Temporary Experience: Internship Education: Master's Degree Interpath Advisory is pleased to announce the opportunity for a dedicated Intern to join our Transaction Services team in Algiers. As an Analyst, you will play a significant role in supporting the Transaction Services team in delivering high-quality services to a diverse range of clients, including prestigious Private Equity firms and Corporates. In this position, you will work closely with experienced professionals including Managing Directors, Directors, and Senior Associates, contributing to the execution of financial due diligence and advisory projects. You will be involved throughout the entire deal process, tackling both buy-side and sell-side tasks while gaining invaluable experience in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. As you become an integral part of our team, you will also have the opportunity to enhance your professional skills and contribute to the growth of Interpath Advisory. Key Accountabilities Assist in the preparation of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) reports and related documentation Support the team in collecting, organising and validating financial data (financial statements, management accounts, trial balances) used in Financial Due Diligence engagements Assist with basic financial analyses under supervision, including revenue trends, cost evolution and simple working capital movements Help prepare schedules, charts and supporting documentation for FDD reports and client deliverables Requirements Undergraduate, graduate degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field Internship experience in Audit, Transaction Services, M&A, or Private Equity is highly desirable Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating a proactive approach Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting Who are we ?
