Internship Hardware (m/f/d)

OVERVIEW: We’re looking for motivated students and engineers eager to put their university knowledge into practice—bridging the gap between academic theory and hands-on, solution-driven work. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design and develop robotic cells - Build prototypes and test rigs for robotic peripherals (e.g., innovative vacuum grippers) - Plan and run experimental trials - Contribute to project planning and execution QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE: - Excellent CAD skills, demonstrated through portfolio projects you can present - OR Outstanding academic record—minimum GPA of 1.7 or better on the German scale—in an engineering program at a reputable university - Strong analytical thinking - Solid grasp of technical interrelationships - Familiarity with machine design and control engineering OUR INTERVIEW PLAN: - Application - Take‑home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline. - Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for.
